4.1 Additional Services

5. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the house clearance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
5.1 Pricing
Our pricing is based on factors such as the volume of items, the size of the property, and the complexity of the clearance. A detailed estimate will be provided upon booking, and any additional costs will be communicated before proceeding.
5.2 Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late fee. Persistent non-payment may result in legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

6.1 Property Access
